Stay Holiday Fit

Believe it or not, some people will diet for 11+ months out of the year just so they can enjoy a Thanksgiving to Christmas month-long binge on good food.

Sadly, some people need 11 months to work off the many pounds that they put on during that one month.

“No! I don’t want to see a mirror!”

The Right Fitness Apparel Plays a Big Part

How can somebody avoid putting on extra (or too many extra) pounds during the holidays? Especially when they have long-term fitness goals.

Key 1 to Staying Fit During the Holidays

One key is a word in that last sentence. Long-term.

Take a long term approach to becoming fit. Unfortunately for some, (many?), pounds go on a lot faster than they come off. Still, if you know this you can take a different approach to getting and staying fit. See the big picture of being fit.

Key 2 to Staying Fit During the Holidays

Another key is to have fitness challenges that you must do in between the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Or maybe right AFTER the holidays.

Schedule that 10K run in mid December or at the very beginning of the new year for example.

Key 3 to Staying Fit During the Holidays.

A third way is to dress the part of being fit. Here at BAAAB fitness we think looking sharp goes hand in hand with being and becoming fit.

Who wants to show off their would-be beer belly or muffin top below their fitness apparel?

Not me. Not me. Nor you.

Every morning, put on your favorite fitness t-shirt. Every morning. And my bet is you’ll stop eating soon enough.
