Muscular endurance is how much your muscles can take during a weight training session.
- Muscular strength
Muscular strength is how much weight you are able to lift with your muscles at one time. This is your level of ability when lifting the weights. It is not just the frequency or amount of weight lifting. Greater strength improves your form. It is your maximum ability to lift using your muscle with effort.
- Flexibility
Flexibility enables you to move faster, be mobile, and avoid joint pain. It is often called “muscular fitness” and deals with how freely you are able to move boosted by the elasticity of your muscles.
- Body Form
Body composition and body fat percentage has to do with design of your body and its body mass and density. How is your body weight distributed? What is your body fat level? This has to do with the body’s makeup of being lean and muscular vs. fat.
